Tile dimensions are the common nominal figure for this type of set and vary by a millimetre or so between factories.
What this set actually is
If your American set came with the thin racks and no pushers, this is the upgrade that changes the feel of the game most. The pusher is a bar that slides out from the rack: build your wall on it, then push the whole thing to the middle of the table.
Match the rack to your tile thickness. Racks for standard 1.2-inch tiles are the common ones; large-print tiles need the slightly deeper channel, and the listing will say which it is.
